Design, like any creative endeavor, can take many directions. While a cocktail napkin sketch is sufficient for many projects, such sketches leave much to the interpretation of the one installing the design. Basing a $10,000 design project on a 10-cent sketch is risky; design decisions are made in concrete and steel instead of paper and ink. With a good set of design drawings, it is much easier to understand the entire project scope, including the budget, before construction begins. The more thought that goes into a design, the more accurately costs can be estimated. We offer a complete schedule of services ranging from initial consultation and recommendations to preparing full construction documents. Some clients will only require the equivalent of a cocktail napkin sketch while more comprehensive projects may require full working drawings. Our services are divided into modular units, each building upon the previous step.
